Eligible refunds
You are entitled to a replacement or refund if a product is never delivered, or if what you receive materially differs from the listing description.
How to request
Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your order number within 24 hours of delivery. Include a short description of the issue.
Not eligible
Refunds are not issued for change of mind after delivery, for misuse of a product, or where a third-party platform restricts an account due to your own actions.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment arrangement, usually within 3-5 business days.
