Data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure with row-level security. Sensitive fulfilment credentials are restricted to authorised staff only.

We use Telegram and WhatsApp for order confirmation and support. Messages you send there are governed by those platforms' own policies.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting support with your order number or account email.
